目的:本文通过分析13例儿童股骨头缺血性坏死的X线表现,提高对该病的X线诊断准确率。方法:X线分析13例儿童股骨头坏死表现,并结合文献加以分析。结果:3例股骨头骨骺模糊,骨小梁希少,6例股骨头骨骺变扁,密度增高,4例股骨头明显增粗变短,骨骺线消失。结论:X线平片是早期诊断股骨头缺血性坏死的首选检查方法。
OBJECTIVE: In this paper, X-ray findings of 13 cases of avascular necrosis of femoral head in children were analyzed to improve the accuracy of X-ray diagnosis. Methods: X-ray analysis of 13 cases of children with osteonecrosis of the femoral head, combined with the literature to be analyzed. Results: 3 cases of femoral head epiphyseal fuzzy, trabecular less, 6 cases of femoral head epiphyseal flattening, density increased, 4 cases of femoral head was significantly thicker and shorter epiphyseal line disappeared. Conclusion: X-ray is the first choice for the diagnosis of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
