国有企业在我国经济发展过程中起到了非常重要的作用,而在国有企业经营的过程中,也必须要注重宣传工作的开展,通过有效地开展宣传工作,对内可以更好地凝聚员工的思想,对外可以为企业塑造良好的形象,而且宣传工作的开展也是国有企业精神文明建设的一个重要内容。因此国有企业必须要结合当前的时代背景和企业自身的实际情况,进一步加强对内和对外的宣传,从而使得企业能够取得更好的发展。本文主要就以重庆建工第三建设有限责任公司为例,对于新时期国有企业应该如何有效地开展宣传工作进行了相应的探讨。
