渔子溪一级水电站水轮机型号为HL100—LJ—210,实际引用水头为280~315米。其转轮泄水锥先后五次在运行中脱落,各次脱落的情况见表1。 从表1看出,几次泄水锥脱落造成的发电产值直接损失多达近400万元,而且撞坏转轮留有后患,损失不小。国内已有14个水电站发生过泄水锥脱落的事件,这就使问题具有一定的普遍性。为了探讨问题的解决办法,本文除汇集情况供研究参考外,还针对渔一级泄水锥的损坏、流态与受力等方面进行简略分析,提出改进的一些初步设想。

Its runner spout cone has fallen off five times in operation, the situation of each shedding is shown in Table 1. From Table 1, it can be seen that the direct loss of generating output caused by the shedding of the spill cone in several times has as much as nearly 4 million yuan, and there are some troubles after the crashed wheel. The losses are not small. There have been 14 hydropower stations in the country where the discharge cone has fallen off, which has made the problem a bit universal. In order to explore the solution of the problem, this article not only brings together the situation for reference, but also analyzes briefly the damage, flow pattern and stress of the fishing-level drainage cone, and puts forward some preliminary ideas for improvement.
