基于对HYDRO粒状磷酸二铵 (DAP)工艺 60 0kt/a生产装置含氨尾气的质、热分析与传质传热推动力特征 ,提出了DAP尾气净化过程联产 2 0 0kt/a粉状磷酸一铵 (MAP)的气提浓缩一体化工艺。通过合理的工艺安排 ,尾气与稀磷酸净化反应 ,替代 2 0 0kt/aMAP的氨源和氨化料浆浓缩的能源 ,兼收资源和环境效益
Based on the mass, thermal analysis and mass transfer heat transfer characteristics of ammonia tail gas from a 60 kt / a production unit of the 60 kt / a DAP HYDRO process, a DAP tail gas purification process was proposed to produce 200 kt / a powdered phosphoric acid Ammonium (MAP) gas stripping and enrichment integration process. Through a reasonable process arrangement, tail gas purification reaction with dilute phosphoric acid to replace 200kt / aMAP ammonia source and ammoniated slurry concentration of energy resources and environmental benefits
