随着互联网技术的发展,网络舆论对人们生活以及我国政治生活的影响日益显著。然而由于互联网技术是把双刃剑,因此基于互联网平台而发生的网络舆论自然也是有利有弊,它在发挥自身积极作用的同时,也必然会存在一些不可避免的问题。因此,必须科学有效的规范网络舆论,使之更好地发挥其在政府与民众之间的桥梁作用,实现其在推进我国民主政治建设、推动社会和谐中的重要价值。
With the development of Internet technology, the influence of online media on people’s lives and the political life of our country has become increasingly prominent. However, because Internet technology is a double-edged sword, so the Internet-based public opinion on the Internet platform has its own pros and cons as well. While it plays its own positive role, it inevitably has some unavoidable problems. Therefore, it is necessary to scientifically and effectively regulate the network public opinion so that it can better play its role as a bridge between the government and the public and realize its important value in advancing the construction of democratic politics in our country and promoting social harmony.
