第14批“博士服务团”成员10月29日在京集中培训,培训结束后即赴西部地区、革命老区和边疆民族地区进行为期一年的服务锻炼。“博士服务团”工作是中组部、团中央为贯彻落实人才强国战略和西部大开发战略、促进区域协调发展而采取的一项重要举措。自1999年以来,已先后选派13批、1641名博士到西部地区、革命老区和边疆民族地区服务锻炼,取得积极成效。据初步统计,“博士服务团”共为上述地区引进项目1447个,资金3642亿元,撰写调研报告2086篇,举办各类讲座和人才培训3000多场次,有68人服务锻炼
On the 29th of October, the 14th batch of “Doctor’s Mission” members trained in Beijing.
