目的 :评价双吻合器技术在低位结直肠吻合术中的应用。方法 :回顾分析 1 996年 5月至 2 0 0 3年 5月治疗 1 4 8例直肠癌应用双吻合器技术行结直肠吻合术的临床经过。结果 :术后发生吻合口漏 1例 (0 6 8% ) ,吻合口狭窄 2例 (1 4 % ) ,无手术死亡。结论 :双吻合器技术扩大了保肛手术的应用范围
Objective: To evaluate the application of double stapling technique in low colorectal anastomosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis of clinical application of double stapling technique in 148 patients with rectal cancer from May 1996 to May 2003 was performed. The clinical experience of colorectal anastomosis was retrospectively analyzed. Results: Anastomotic leakage occurred in 1 case (86.8%) and anastomotic stenosis in 2 cases (14%) without operative death.
