1.方法学研究 (1)人心肌细胞游离钙测定方法的建立:在参照国外方法的基础上加以改良,首次建立了微量人心肌组织测定心肌细胞游离钙的方法。该方法大大减少了测定所需的标本量,简便、可靠、重复性好,并发现人右心耳和右心室肌细胞游离钙无差别,在右心室肌难以获取时可用右心耳代替心室肌
