资源林政管理是国家对林业宏观管理的政府行为，抽样监测检查是实施资源林政管理的重要工具和管理手段。随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立及社会、经济、文化的发展，对林业需求层次日益提高，资源林政管理的内涵和目标将发生根本性转变。抽样监测检查作为实施资源林政管理的重要工具和管理手段，检查内容和目标有必要作相应的调整。本文就抽样监测检查的改革发表几点想法。
