随着经济全球化和市场竞争激烈化,中国企业面临的财务风险将更加严峻,怎样加强财务风险分析研究和有效管理防范财务风险,成为企业市场竞争机制的客观要求和中国企业普遍面临的新课题。论文在分析原有预警模型局限性的基础上,利用层次分析法进行企业财务预警系统功能设计,建立起适合中国企业特点的财务预警数学模型,最后以ST宝龙和ST建机为例进行了实证分析研究。
With the economic globalization and fierce market competition, the financial risks faced by Chinese enterprises will be more severe. How to strengthen the research on financial risk analysis and effective management to prevent financial risks has become an objective requirement of the market competition mechanism and a new topic commonly faced by Chinese enterprises . Based on the analysis of the limitations of the original warning model, the thesis uses the analytic hierarchy process to design the function of financial early-warning system of enterprises and establishes the mathematical model of financial early-warning which suits the characteristics of Chinese enterprises. Finally, taking ST Baolong and ST construction machines as examples Empirical analysis and research.
