大豆种子中蛋白质含量高,是进行蛋白质鉴定的理想植物材料。利用转基因大豆来生产重组蛋白质具有生产成本低,纯化过程简单、技术含量低,规模化容易,蛋白质含量高、产品质量高,安全无污染的优点,并且大豆可以在温室条件下,各方面均优于细菌、酵母、动物细胞、转基因动物等生产体系。本文就通过转基因大豆种子表达系统生产外源蛋白的优点及在国内外的研究进展做一综述。
Soybean seeds have high protein content and are ideal plant material for protein identification. The use of genetically modified soybeans to produce recombinant protein has the advantages of low production cost, simple purification process, low technical content, large scale, high protein content, high product quality, safe and pollution-free, and that soybean can be excellent in all aspects under greenhouse conditions In bacteria, yeast, animal cells, transgenic animals and other production systems. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of producing foreign proteins by transgenic soybean seed expression system are reviewed in this paper.
