本文根据井下自然电场的成因、自然电位测井工艺过程以及模拟实验的相似理论，得到了部分空间物理模型的理论依据，按该理论设计制作了模拟实验装置，并进行了不同条件下的实验，最后得到了自然电位与地层电阻率、侵入半径、地层的水淹程度等因素的关系，还将实验结果与数值模拟和实测资料进行了对比分析
