采用塘水诱发大鼠肝癌前病变的动物模型,以γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、王磷酸腺苷酶和葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶等三种酶变灶为观察指标,定量分析了茶多酚(GTP)的抗癌作用。结果显示,同步给予GTP和塘水浓缩物喂养的大鼠,其酶变灶的数量显著低于单纯给予塘水浓缩物处理的大鼠,而与喂养基础饲料的大鼠无显著差异。表明GTP有抑制塘水诱发大鼠肝癌前病变的作用。结合以往的实验结果,认为在饮用塘水和黄曲霉毒素B_1高暴露水平地区,GTP是最具应用前景的肝癌化学预防剂。
The animal model of precancerous liver lesions in rats induced by pond water was used to observe the changes of γ-glutamyl transpeptidase, adenosine triphosphatase and glucose-6-phosphatase. Anti-cancer effects of phenol (GTP). The results showed that the number of enzymatic focal changes in rats fed with GTP and pond water concentrates was significantly lower than that of rats treated with pure pond concentrate alone, but not significantly different from rats fed basal diet. It showed that GTP inhibited the role of pond water-induced precancerous lesions in rats. Combined with previous experimental results, GTP is considered to be the most promising chemopreventive agent for hepatocellular carcinoma in areas with high levels of drinking water and aflatoxin B1 exposure.
