一种广泛应用于汽车、摩托车和柴油机制造的MCK—IW主动量仪,最近在江苏无锡工达股份有限公司研制成功。该主动量仪是由自动测量控制仪与外磨自动检测规组成。检测规采用电感传感原理,主要用于各类外圆磨床、曲轴磨床,使磨加工由数控而呈现全自动精密磨削。该量仪能自动控制精磨、无火花磨等,并具有测量爪收张延时功能,收张量为0.5mm至1.2mm。测量范围为直径10～80mm。工效提高4倍多,加工精度提高5倍。具有减轻劳动强度、量程自动转换、维护保养方便、可靠性好、测爪耐磨等特点。(张正文)

The measuring instrument can automatically control the grinding, non-sparking, etc., and has the function of measuring the jaw closing delay, closing the amount of 0.5mm to 1.2mm. Measurement range of diameter 10 ~ 80mm. Work efficiency increased by 4 times, processing accuracy increased by 5 times.
