马×,男,37岁。因左侧胸部疼痛、红斑1个月,口眼歪斜半个月,于1990年11月23日入院。缘于1个月前左侧胸部疼痛,呈持续性,同时见一波及胸背部(不越正中线的对侧)椭圆形彩虹样红色斑环,无水疮,斑环之间皮肤正常。病后到省医院就医诊断带状疱疹,服抗病毒药、维生素B等,约2周后疼痛好转,斑环消失。入院前约半个月出现颈部持续性疼痛,伸屈不便,咽痛,双上肢麻木,阵发性疼痛,伴出汗,以右上肢为重。入院前4天出现口向左歪,右侧眼闭不拢、流泪,右侧舌麻木,门诊以面神经瘫收住院。平素健康。T36.5,P72,心律齐,呼吸平静,Bp16/10,神
