搞好企业,增强企业活力,特别是增强国营大中型企业活力是企业改革的关键。目前,我国企业普遍存在着活力不足的问题,随着企业改革的逐步深入,这一问题引起了有关各方的高度重视。对企业活力——当前经济“热点”,大家各抒己见,仁者见仁,智者见智。作者对企业活力的内涵及评判标准作了初步的探讨,尽管有些地方还不太成熟。我们选发此篇文章旨在抛砖引玉,对企业活力的进一步深入研究有一定的启发作用。望有志于改革的企业界、理论界人士,就此问题提出独到的见解,为企业活力不足这一困扰我国经济的“痼疾”,探索出一个有效的“药方”。
Doing a good job in the enterprise and enhancing the vitality of the enterprise, especially strengthening the vitality of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises is the key to enterprise reform. At present, there is a general lack of vitality in China’s enterprises. With the gradual deepening of corporate reforms, this issue has attracted the attention of all parties concerned. With regard to the vitality of the business - the current “hot spot” of the economy, everyone expresses their opinions, the benevolent people see it, and the wise see wisdom. The author made a preliminary discussion on the connotation and evaluation criteria of enterprise vitality, although some places are not yet mature. We have chosen to send this article to arouse a lot of introductory comments on the enterprise’s vitality. We hope that those who are interested in the reforms in the corporate and theoretical circles will put forward unique insights on this issue and explore an effective “prescription” for the lack of vitality that is plaguing China’s economy.
