一、前言钢铁的户外腐蚀,在整个钢铁腐蚀中占有相当的比重。钢铁从厂家到用户手里,中途大多数在露天中,日晒雨淋和厌尘酸雾难以避免不使钢材产生腐蚀,存放时间较长者,点蚀达几个毫米,有些只得报废或降级使用。因此,研究一种价格低廉,工艺简单,可以刷喷浸涂的钢铁户外防锈处理技术,事在必行。1982年夏,石家庄金属储运公司,提出每吨处理费用不超过三元,防锈期达半年的指标。本文为该工作的试验总结。
First, the foreword Outdoor corrosion of steel, occupy a considerable proportion of the entire steel corrosion. Therefore, it is imperative to study a steel outdoor anti-rust treatment technology which is low in price, simple in process and can be sprayed and dip-coated. The summer of 1982, Shijiazhuang metal storage and transportation company, proposed a fee of not more than three yuan per ton, anti-rust up to six months target. This article is the experimental summary of this work.
