对目前ZnSO4 溶液除Mn2 + 的几种工艺进行评述 ,提出了用 (NH4 ) 2 S2 O8直接除去ZnSO4溶液中Mn2 + 的工艺 ,并对影响除锰率的pH值、温度、恒温时间和陈化时间等因素进行详细的分析和讨论。通过实验 ,得到了用 (NH4 ) 2 S2 O8直接除去ZnSO4 溶液中Mn2 + 的最佳工艺条件 :pH =5 .4,温度为 90℃ ,恒温时间为 4h ,除杂剂过量 2 0 %,陈化时间为 3h ,除锰率可超过 99.86 %。
