新课程实施的关键,在于学校层面主观能动性的最大发挥和教师创造性智慧的开掘和培养,在于如何将有关的课程理念物化,在具体的课堂中成为活性化了的教学资源。从我们在徐汇区梅陇小学近三年来进行的“实施学期课程统整,主动推进二期课改”的项目研究分析,有目的、有计划地引导教师开展“学期课程统整”并将其纳入学校教学运行的重要环节,是实现这一境界的有效途径之一。
