甲状腺机能亢进症(简称甲亢)伴发周期性麻痹(简称周麻)在我国并不少见。本院自1968～1984年收治甲亢患者318例,其中伴发周麻者14例占4.4%。部分患者因发病时主诉四肢麻痹症状,因而漏诊甲亢。现报告如下。(一)一般资料性别与年龄:14例均为男性,年龄自19岁至48岁,平均28.6岁,多见于青中年。症状与特征:主要为甲亢和肢体麻痹。1.14例入院时均有甲亢症状,如怕热、多汗、食欲亢进、消瘦、心悸、情绪易激动等,但4例漏诊。甲状腺1～2度弥漫性肿大者11例,腺体上可闻血管杂音8例,轻度突眼6例,双手细颤10例。2.周麻发病突然,多在夜间。轻症9例双下肢软瘫不能直立;重症5例,四肢软瘫卧床不起,不
Hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism) associated with periodic paralysis (referred to as Zhou Ma) is not uncommon in our country. The hospital from 1968 to 1984, patients with hyperthyroidism were treated 318 cases, of which 14 cases associated with peripheral anesthesia accounted for 4.4%. Some patients complained of limb paralysis due to onset of symptoms, so missed hyperthyroidism. The report is as follows. (A) General Information Gender and age: 14 cases were men, aged 19 to 48 years old, an average of 28.6 years old, more common in young middle-aged. Symptoms and characteristics: Mainly hyperthyroidism and limb paralysis. 1.14 cases had symptoms of hyperthyroidism on admission, such as fear of heat, sweating, loss of appetite, weight loss, heart palpitations, emotional excitability, but 4 missed diagnosis. Thyroid 1 to 2 degrees in diffuse enlargement in 11 cases, the glands on the smell of vascular murmur in 8 cases, 6 cases of mild exophthalmos, hands trembling in 10 cases. 2. Zhouma sudden onset, mostly at night. 9 cases of mild lower extremity soft paralysis can not be upright; severe cases of 5 cases of limb paralysis can not afford to bedridden, not
