“敢打没有命令的仗”这是毛泽东对王近山将军的评价。 那是1943年10月,国民党发动了第三次反共高潮,进攻矛头直指陕甘宁边区。为此,中央急调386旅旅长兼太岳军区第二军分区司令员王近山率所部一个团立即奔赴延安,担负保卫党中央、保卫毛主席的光荣任务。 部队出发前,陈赓把28岁的王近山旅长叫到了面前,再三叮咛:“你部尽快赶赴延安是最重要的任务,不要在半路上求战,如遇战斗,要力求速战速决速离,你要切记啊!”
