随着与职业性危害因素的接触,职工的健康问题越来越突出了。可是,迄今这方面的研究与报导尚不多。我们运用流行病学研究的方法,调查分析了上海县社队企业职工最近三年来的主要死因,通过应用SMR、PMR等流行病学分析方法,发现上海县社队企业职工中肿瘤和脑血管病死亡显著高于全县居民。(肿瘤SMR=120.7,P<0.01;PMR:127.86,P<0.01。脑血管病SMR=136.50,P<0.01。)肿瘤中食管、肺、肝癌高于全县居民尤为显著。同时发现接触化学性有害因素职工肿瘤死亡显著高于全县居民(SMR=187,P<0.01).调查结果表明,上海县社队企业职工健康已经或正在受到某些职业危害的损害,值得引起有关部门重视。
With the contact with occupational hazards, the health problems of employees have become more and more prominent. However, so far, there are not many studies or reports in this area.
