目的采用国际通用的SAS统计分析平台编制计算机程序,实现硫酰氟杀灭外来有害生物的精确熏蒸技术参数运算。方法应用积分方法,引入半数损失时间理念,计算硫酰氟实现集装箱精确熏蒸所需的起始浓度及初始投药量,并以啮齿动物熏蒸剂量为基准值,按科学的倍数关系,获得10种外来有害生物硫酰氟熏蒸技术参数。结果当集装箱半数损失时间为4 h,熏蒸时间为12 h,20英尺的标箱熏蒸灭鼠需投药0.237kg,40英尺箱需投药0.474 kg,箱内起始熏蒸浓度均须达到7.11 g/m3。其余9种有害生物熏蒸杀灭技术参数同理可得。结论实现硫酰氟精确熏蒸的SAS程序可快速获得多种外来有害生物熏蒸杀灭的技术参数,其方法经验证,证明准确、可靠。
Objective To prepare the computer program by using the international SAS statistical analysis platform to realize the precise fumigation technical parameters calculation of sulfuryl fluoride to kill exotic pests. Methods The integral method was introduced and the concept of half loss time was introduced to calculate the initial concentration and the initial dosage of sulfuryl fluoride needed to achieve accurate fumigation of containers. Based on the multiples of the fumigation dose of rodents, 10 exotic Pest sulfur fluoride fumigation technical parameters. Results When the half loss time of container was 4 h and the fumigation time was 12 h, 0.237 kg was required for fumigation in a 20-foot box and 0.474 kg for a 40-foot box, and the initial fumigation concentration in the box was 7.11 g / m3 . The remaining nine kinds of pest fumigation kill the same technical parameters available. Conclusion The SAS program, which achieves precise fumigation of sulfuryl fluoride, can rapidly obtain the technical parameters of fumigation and killing of many exotic pests. The method has been proved to be accurate and reliable.
