结合军队工程建设的特点,探索了基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价模型在军队工程建设安全管理评价中的应用。首先采用层次分析法(AHP),构建军队工程建设安全管理的评价指标体系并得出了各指标的权重值;然后结合模糊综合评价(FCA)建立军队工程建设安全管理的综合评价模型;最后通过实例验证,表明该评价模型在安全管理评价中具有可行性和有效性,可为安全管理的评价提供参考意见。
Combined with the characteristics of military engineering construction, this paper explores the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP in the evaluation of the safety management of military engineering construction. Firstly, AHP is used to construct the evaluation index system of the military construction safety management and the weight value of each index is obtained. Then the comprehensive evaluation model of the military construction safety management is established with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCA) The example verification shows that the evaluation model is feasible and effective in safety management evaluation, which can provide reference for safety management evaluation.
