每一个人都在网络的进程中起着不可缺少的作用,然而不同的人,在不同的工作中,对于网络信息技术的体会却有所不同。但不外乎有三种观点。一、感知传递能力;二、传递信息的能力;三、承载存储运算的能力。通过计算机运算技术,在网络信息技术的承载下,人们运用这些特点,发展科技化、社会化、整合化的社会需求从而提高产业链的行业的进步,提高社会发展效率,提高企业前进的步伐,是很好的有特色的工具。
