江泽民总书记“三个代表”的重要思想,统揽全局,高屋建瓴,提出了新时期党和人民群众的鱼水关系应该建立在为广大人民谋取根本利益的基础上。如何实践“三个代表”的重要思想,结合黎城的工作实践,我认为,领导干部必须要情系人民群众,心系人民利益,凝聚民力,集中民智,才能有效解决改革和发展中的一切问题,党的各项工作也才能扎实推进。
