河南省博爱县磨头乡东张赶村把小型水利工程设施建设管理推向市场,实行企业化管理和股份合作制经营,其具体办法是: 一、核定水利设施股价,按股出售。由村干部、水利服务技术员、群众代表组成评议小组,对全村水利工程设施进行核资估价。原有水利工程设施归集体所有,新建工程由集体和个人合股兴建。核定每股售价为25元,集体购买股份的40％,余下60％售给个人。
