Congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis is a common gastrointestinal malformations, a few associated with deformities. In our hospital from 1990 to 2000 surgery in 76 cases of neonatal congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis, 3 cases combined with pyloric anterior valve, 1 case of combined intestinal malrotation, are as follows.
