目的:为研究格列吡嗪的药物动力学及其制剂的开发提供方法.方法:采用HPLC法测定血药浓度.结果:该方法在20～1000ng/ml浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,方法回收率达100%,日内、日间变异系数均小于7%,最低检测浓度达10ng/ml.结论:该方法适合于药物动力学研究.
OBJECTIVE: To provide a method for the study of pharmacokinetics of glipizide and the development of its preparation.METHODS: The plasma concentration was determined by HPLC method.RESULTS: The method had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 20 ~ 1000ng / ml, and the method The recovery rate was 100%, the intra-day and inter-day coefficient of variation were less than 7% and the lowest detection concentration was 10ng / ml.Conclusion: This method is suitable for pharmacokinetic studies.
