目的建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定血清中五种苯二氮类药物浓度。方法采用Hypersil C18(4.6mm×250mm,10μm)色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈-水(48∶14∶38,V/V)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,室温检测。结果五种苯二氮类药物分离较好,浓度在0.15~40μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,回收率为96.3%~104.4%,日内及日间精密度RSD<4.7%。结论本法简便、快速,适用于临床血药浓度的常规监测和中毒病人的急救诊断。
Objective To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of five benzodiazepines in serum. Methods The mobile phase consisted of Hypersil C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 10 μm) column, methanol-acetonitrile-water (48:14:38, V / V) and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The five benzodiazepines were well separated and the linearity was within the range of 0.15-40 μg.mL-1. The recoveries were 96.3% -104.4%. The intra-day and inter-day RSDs were less than 4.7%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and suitable for the routine monitoring of clinical blood drug concentration and emergency diagnosis of poisoned patients.
