我们用双氢克尿噻、潘生丁、消炎痛三药组成“双潘消止泻散”治疗成人流行性腹泻64例,疗效满意,现总结分析如下。临床资料本组男41例,女23例。18～30岁21例,31～40岁19例,41～50岁16例,50岁以上8例。1.病例选择标准:①秋季发病,临床主要表现为水样腹泻及轻、中度感染中毒症状和胃肠道反应;②血象正常,大便少许白细胞,无脓血细胞;③细菌培养无细菌生长,常规涂片无寄生虫;④除
