为了减少精密全自动锡膏印刷机纠偏平台的运动误差,以锡膏印刷机纠偏平台为研究对象,对纠偏平台的运动参数误差进行分析。由于纠偏平台存在制造与装配误差对精度的影响,通过印刷机视觉系统对平台进行平台运动标定,应用标定的结果对纠偏平台模型进行补偿,有效地提高了纠偏平台的对位精度。实验结果表明:纠偏平台对位误差X,Y向从标定前的±25μm,±130μm下降到标定后的±10μm,旋转角度定位误差由±7‰°下降到±4‰°以内。
In order to reduce the movement error of precision automatic solder paste offsetting platform, taking the solder paste offsetting platform as the research object, the error of motion parameters of the correcting platform is analyzed. Because of the error of manufacture and assembly on the correction platform, the platform motion calibration is carried out by the printing machine vision system, and the result of the calibration is used to compensate the correction platform model, which effectively improves the alignment accuracy of the correction platform. The experimental results show that the alignment errors of X and Y on the correction platform decrease from ± 25μm and ± 130μm before calibration to ± 10μm after calibration, and the positioning errors of rotation angle decrease from ± 7 ‰ ° to ± 4 ‰ °.
