一条长150m、宽20m 的棕色污染带出现在上海西大盈港江面。而这里,正是苏州河源头的水源保护区。为改变苏州河的黑臭面貌,上海市已花费了上亿元。
A brown pollution belt of 150m long and 20m wide appears in the waterfront of Shanghai West Dali Port. Here, it is the headwaters of Suzhou River water protection zone. In order to change the black and smelly appearance of Suzhou Creek, Shanghai has spent hundreds of millions of yuan.
