思想入党是保证大学生党员质量的基本要求。文章对高校大学生思想入党存在的问题进行审视,从主客体两方面分析了导致大学生思想入党存在问题的原因。从加强院系党总支对党员的教育引导、形成党支部组织生活会的多样展开、完善党员发展前后的相关制度体系、坚持将党员责任有效融入现实生活等方面提出了改进措施。
To join the party ideology is to ensure the quality of the party members the basic requirements. This article examines the existing problems of university students ’ideological access to the Party and analyzes the reasons that lead to the existence of college students’ ideology into the party from the perspective of subject and object. The improvement measures are put forward from strengthening the education and guidance of party members in party branches, forming diverse organizations of party branch life, improving relevant institutional systems before and after the development of party members, and insisting on the effective integration of party members’ responsibilities into real life.
