铁矿石中硫化铁的测定,在一般情况下,均采用饱和溴水法。这是因为该法具有良好的选择性,并操作简便,测定结果稳定等优点。但在实践中,按规定的浸取条件下,硫化铁(特别是黄铁矿)浸取不完全,使该方法的推广应用受到限制。本文通过实验确定了影响黄铁矿在饱和溴水中浸取的因素及提出了提高黄铁矿在饱和溴水中溶解速度的办法,解决了铁矿石中硫化铁的测定方法。
Iron sulfide in the determination of iron sulfide, under normal circumstances, are used saturated bromine water method. This is because the law has good selectivity, and easy to operate, the results of the determination of stability and so on. However, in practice, under the condition of leaching, the leaching of iron sulfide (especially pyrite) is not complete, so the promotion and application of this method is limited. In this paper, the factors affecting the leaching of pyrite in saturated bromine water were determined experimentally and the ways to improve the dissolution rate of pyrite in saturated bromine water were put forward. The determination method of iron sulfide in iron ore was solved.
