余姚市防汛计算机网络系统是一个覆盖全市的具有综合业务能力的互联网络。根据余姚市防汛决策支持系统的要求,采用Client/Server结构模式,将网络结构建立在各类信息分布处理和集中管理的方式上,设备的性能得到了很好的应用,整个网络以市防汛指挥中心为网络中心,以水利工程管理单位局域网络为分中心。采用Windows2000操作平台,IP地址统一规划设置,建立了Email信息箱,实现了分业务、分层次、分级别的网络互联,充分满足了防汛调度及决策支持系统的要求。
