最近 ,美国哈佛大学教授迈克尔·波特与日本一桥大学教授竹内弘高共同撰文挑战传统观点。传统观点认为 :日本经济成功的动力是政府的干预政策及企业的日式管理 ,虽然进行一些改革是必要的 ,但经济发展机制总的来说还是好的。他们认为 :日本政府的政策对经济造成的失误多于成功 ;日式管理则存在致命的弱点。他们在本文中通过对不同产业的案例研究 ,深入剖析日本政府干预经济的得失 ,并对日本产业今后的发展趋势提出了新的见解
Recently, Michael Porter, a professor at Harvard University, and Hiroyuki Takenaka, a professor at Hitotsubashi University, Japan, challenged the traditional viewpoints. The traditional view is that: Japan’s economic success is driven by government intervention policies and Japanese-style management of enterprises. Although some reforms are necessary, the economic development mechanism is still generally good. They think: the Japanese government’s policy mistakes the economy more than successful; Japanese-style management there are fatal weaknesses. In this paper, they through case studies of different industries, in-depth analysis of the Japanese government intervention in the gains and losses of the economy, and Japan’s future development of the industry proposed a new trend
