全球性气候变暖导致的干旱程度越来越严重,对粮食生产构成直接威胁。选育和推广抗旱性小麦品种是提高旱地小麦产量的主要途径之一。本文从小麦抗旱的形态和生理特征、抗旱机理、抗旱性鉴定方法以及抗旱措施和今后的发展方向进行综述,指出苗期反复干旱法和抗旱指数为比较准确、操作性强的抗旱鉴定方法;今后要较好地应用小麦QTL抗旱标记辅助选择,为小麦的抗旱保苗工作以及推广抗旱性品种奠定基础。
The severity of the drought caused by global warming is becoming more and more serious, posing a direct threat to food production. Breeding and promotion of drought-tolerant wheat varieties is one of the main ways to improve the yield of dry land wheat. This paper reviews the morphological and physiological characteristics of drought-resistant wheat, drought-resistant mechanism, drought resistance identification methods and drought-resistant measures and the future development direction, and points out that drought-resistance index and drought-resistance index in wheat seedling stage are more accurate and operational drought resistance identification methods; To better use wheat QTL drought marker assisted selection for wheat drought seedlings work and promote drought-resistant varieties to lay the foundation.
