河南油田工会从强化自身建设入手,从增强工会组织吸引力、凝聚力、战斗力着眼,全面实施“塑形工程”,努力塑造工会领导班子、工会干部和工会组织形象,把各级工会真正建设成党委信任、行政满意、职工信赖的“职工之家”.努力塑造好工会领导班子的集体形象为树立起工会领导班子的良好形象,河南油田工会努力做到四个坚持:1.坚持贯彻民主集中制的原则.做到重大问题充分发扬民主,集体讨论决定;讨论重大问题时提前通知各位领导成员,搞好调查,做好准备;讨论决策问题时,引导大家畅所欲言,尽量把问题议深议透;经过充分讨论,按多数人的意见,正确进行决策,并严密组织,促使决策的有效实施.2.坚持维护班子的团结统一.主席、副主席合心合力,主席能够善谋善断,发挥副职作用;副主席配合不争权,用权不越位,尽职不争功.既讲工作关系,又讲个人交情,有事谈工作,无事谈思想,经常交心谈心.班子成员间自觉做到宽以待人,严于律己,大事讲原则,小事讲谅解,不偏听偏信,不犯自由主义.3.坚持“一把手”的表率作
