本文测定了21只犬在正常、肾移植前和肾移植恢复血流后1小时,血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果发现:在肾移植前和肾移植恢复血流后1小时与正常时相比,血中SOD活性明显下降(P<0.001),同时血中MDA含量显著升高(P<0.001),尤以移植后恢复血流1小时为甚。提示了在肾移植过程中,加入一定的自由基清除剂等,对术后恢复将有重要的作用,而在肾保存中移植后加入抗氧化剂至关重要。
