笔者遇治肝巨大包虫病1例,分析如下。1病历摘要男,39岁。于1周前无明显诱因突感上腹痛,呈持续性胀痛约5 h,伴轻微恶心,未呕吐,能忍受,无畏寒发热及黄疸。门诊B超,CT,MRI提示:肝内囊实性占位性病变,肾囊肿,以肝占位性病变,肾囊肿入我院普外科治疗,入院查体无明显异常体征。辅助?
I met a huge case of hydatid disease in liver, the following analysis. 1 medical record summary male, 39 years old. One week ago, no obvious incentive for sudden upper extremity pain, persistent pain about 5 h, with slight nausea, no vomiting, can tolerate, no chills fever and jaundice.
