如图1所示系弯曲零件及其简单的工艺方法。根据我厂特点,模具设计时主要考虑:(1)如何适应冲床的闭合高度;(2)成型弯曲后零件易从凸模上取下。为此,我们设计了一套滑块式胀缩弯曲模,较好地解决了上述问题,经多年使用效果良好。其结构(见图2)和工作原理如下: 根据工艺方案,关键是弯曲成型模的设计,弯曲成型模主要采用悬臂式及滑块式胀缩弯曲成型技术。该零件在此模具上分两次冲压加工:
