1 Dongfang Electrical Review was jointly sponsored by China Dongfang Electric Corporation and Sichuan Power Engineering Society, a large enterprise group separately listed by the State Planning Bureau. The State Science and Technology Commission approved the quarterly scientific and technological quarterly public offering at home and abroad. 2 This publication introduces advanced science and technology, experience and achievements in international and domestic electrical fields.
