In 1967, Japan's Ise Corporation Nakamura, who are using ZnO (Zn) phosphor low-voltage light-emitting characteristics of the first made of fluorescent display tube. Due to its good optoelectronic properties, it is rapidly used in various fields and has become a display device that is in line with liquid crystal, light-emitting diode and plasma displays. China in the early seventies, Ge Shichao University of Hangzhou first made fluorescent digital tube. Then in the plant to form a large number of production capacity to meet the domestic needs of the digital instrument development. Fluorescent display tube generally experienced the development of the unit tube, garden-shaped multi-tube and flat-shaped multi-tube three stages. In particular, due to the introduction of thick-film technology, flat-panel tubes enable the automation of production processes, the expanded display of information capacity, the increased resistance to vibration and shock, making it suitable for small displays of almost any application.
