随着计算机技术和网络技术的快速发展,在各个行业中的应用也越来越广泛。在当前人事档案管理工作中,信息技术的应用有效的提高了人事档案管理的水平,不仅人事档案管理效率得以大幅度提升,而且为人事档案的利用奠定了良好的基础。文中分析了人事档案信息化管理的必要性,同时对人事档案信息化管理的途径进行了具体的阐述。
With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, the application in various industries is also more and more widely.
