目的探讨健康教育在基层妇产科护理工作中的应用效果.方法选取90例产妇并随机分组,对照组45例给予常规护理,观察组45例在常规护理基础上加健康教育,比较两组患者护理效果.结果两组患者住院时间、住院费用及护理满意率差异显著.结论将健康教育应用于基层产妇科护理工作中可提高护理服务质量,缩短患者住院时间. “,”Objective To investigate the effect of application of health education in Department of gynecology and obstetrics nursing work in basic level. Methods Select 90 cases of maternal and grouping randomly,45 cases in the control group were given conventional nursing,the observation group 45 cases and health education on the basis of conventional care,compared two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results Time,cost of hospitalization and nursing satisfaction rate of hospitalized patients with significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion The application of health education in nursing work at the grass-roots level in gynecology department can improve the quality of nursing service,shorten the hospitalization time.
