盐田三期码头及护岸工程作为我局有史以来单合同额最大的工程项目,成为我局迎来新的发展机遇的一个重要标志。回顾两年的历程,2002年9月9日正式开工,由于前期组织和策划到位,工程开好了头。2003年一季度业主提出了2003年年底完成两个泊位的赶工计划。但在二季度,项目部遇到了前所未有的困难:B、C 段大范围的桩内塌孔、暴雨持续不断、非典影响导致现场劳务作业人员严重不足……施工进展十分缓慢,
