目的探讨中西药结合与单纯西药治疗支原体、衣原体的效果比较。方法 2010年10月至2011年10月在我站就诊生殖道支原体、衣原体感染患者150例,随机分成两组,治疗组76例,对照组74例,治疗组:采用中西药结合治疗,对照组:单纯口服西药,两组均治疗1个疗程(15d),停药后复查。疗效评价分为痊愈、好转、无效,总有效率以痊愈率加好转率计算。结果两组总有效率分别为97.37%和83.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中西药结合治疗支原体、衣原体感染优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective To explore the effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine with western medicine in the treatment of Mycoplasma and Chlamydia. Methods From October 2010 to October 2011, 150 patients with Mycoplasma genitalis and chlamydial infection in our station were randomly divided into two groups: 76 cases in the treatment group and 74 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with combination of Chinese and western medicine and the control group : Pure oral medicine, two groups were treated for a course of treatment (15d), after stopping the review. Efficacy evaluation is divided into healed, improved, ineffective, the total effective rate to cure rate plus good turnover rate calculation. Results The total effective rate was 97.37% and 83.78% in both groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Chinese and Western medicine treatment of Mycoplasma, Chlamydia infection is superior to Western medicine alone.
