目的了解手术人员医疗锐器伤后感染HBV情况,探讨防控对策。方法采用血清学检测和跟踪调查方法,对95名意外刺伤的手术人员进行了监测。结果所调查的95名手术人员中,发生锐器伤58名,锐器伤发生率为61.05%。58名锐器伤的手术人员中HBV感染率为12.07%,其中护士发生锐器伤47名,发生HBV感染2名,感染率为4.2%;医生发生锐器伤11名,HBV感染率为45.45%。发生锐器伤的医生只有18%能按规范进行处理,而发生锐器伤的护士有57%能按规范处理。结论手术人员面临锐器伤后感染HBV的危险性较高,应提高手术人员职业防护意识,严格执行锐器伤后正确的处理措施。
Objective To understand the infection of HBV in medical staff after sharp injury and to discuss the prevention and control measures. Methods Serological tests and follow-up survey methods were used to monitor 95 accidental stab wounds. Results Among the 95 surgeries surveyed, 58 sharp injuries occurred and the rate of sharp injuries was 61.05%. Fifty-eight acute injuries were detected in 12.07% of the operatives, including 47 nurses with sharp wounds and 2 with HBV infection, the infection rate was 4.2%. The doctor had 11 sharp wounds and the infection rate was 45.45 %. Only 18% of surgeons with sharp wounds can be handled according to the regulations, and 57% of nurses who have had sharp wounds can be handled according to the regulations. Conclusion Surgery workers face a higher risk of infection after sharp weapon injury, surgical staff should raise awareness of occupational protection, strict implementation of the correct treatment after sharp injury.
