本文采用半波直流短路电缆感应磁粉探伤法,已初步用于30万吨/年乙烯装置中裂解气离心式压缩机焊接叶轮流道中焊缝缺陷的探伤检查。叶轮探伤和解剖试验表明:探伤的准确度达94%,无误判现象,即焊缝表面有磁粉痕迹的部位,其焊缝内部或焊缝表面都有缺陷存在,除个别点状缺陷漏检外,长形缺陷全部探出,探出的最大埋藏深度达4.5mm。证明这种方法是目前解决叶轮焊缝埋藏缺陷有效的方法,是保证焊接叶轮产品质量、改进焊接工艺的重要手段。
In this paper, half-wave DC short-circuit cable induction magnetic particle inspection method, has been initially used for 300,000 tons / year ethylene cracked gas centrifugal compressor welding impeller runner defects in the weld inspection. Flaw detection and anatomical tests showed that the accuracy of flaw detection reached 94% without any false judgment, that is, the part of the weld surface with magnetic traces had defects inside or in the weld surface. , All the long-shaped defects stuck, probing the maximum depth of buried up to 4.5mm.
